Unit scope names

New features since Delphi 7 > Unit scope names

Delphi2Cpp II is able to process names with unit scopes. For example:

System.SysUtils

does express, that the unit SysUtils is part of the unit scope System. Delphi2Cpp II can open files with such dotted names as well as it can process such names correctly.
